Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your payment methods?

Q: How is the condition of the book graded?
A: We try to base all the conditions shown with the following, any flaws are listed along with the overall condition of the book.

New = Brand New book

Looks New = Book looks brand new off the shelf at your local book store.

Very Good = Typical used book, complete and looks nice, may have a binding crease, corner bumps, other mild-to-moderate flaws.

Good = a book that has been pretty well used. Still complete and readable, but has significant wear.

Fair = reading copy only, the book has all necessary reading pages but may have serious flaws and is really only so you can read the story or to keep your shelf warm for a better copy, is not a collectible.

Ex library = a former public library copy, these books have the standard library markings, discard stamp, etc.

Book Club or BCE = a book issued by a book club.

A: Definitions are as follows...

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: To give a better detail of current shipping costs see the chart below. (Rates based on shipping weight - each book should show a weight on the details page. We will ship to other Countries, email us and we will set yours up.) However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
